Tom joined Whitmill as a consultant in October 2024, leading the company's brand refresh before taking on the permanent role of Head of Marketing in January 2026. He holds a postgraduate degree in Advertising and Marketing and the CIM Diploma in Professional & Digital Marketing, and is currently working towards Chartered Marketer status.

He began his career at a Big Four accounting firm before moving into marketing. He has held both in-house marketing and agency roles, and also spent 8 years in project management, bringing over 14 years' experience across professional and financial services, real estate and gaming.

Tom is responsible for developing a distinctive brand and marketing strategy to position Whitmill competitively for corporate, fund and private clients, and their intermediaries. He focuses on building reputation and awareness through thought leadership and targeted communications. Additionally, he oversees delivery of technology projects that enhance our client experience.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his young family, reading, and making the most of Jersey's outdoors.
