Rebecca is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with over 20 years’ experience across corporate services, professional practice, and industry. She has extensive experience establishing and developing corporate service capabilities in UK and supporting client international businesses establishing and operating in UK.
Before joining Whitmill as Managing Director, UK, Rebecca headed the UK corporate services division of an international fiduciary provider, serving international corporates from Asia, the Middle East and the US, alongside high-net-worth individuals, and SMEs. She has also held senior roles within a global investor services group and a London-based corporate services provider.
Rebecca’s experience spans company incorporations, accounting, tax compliance and governance support. Known for her approachable and collaborative style, she is passionate about building trusted, long-term relationships and providing practical solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Rebecca is also undertaking the Institute of Directors’ Certificate in Company Direction, further developing her expertise in governance, strategy and board leadership.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of the outdoors. She enjoys swimming and has recently taken up tennis.
