Alison joined the Whitmill team in November 2025 as Assistant Manager supporting our Private Client team. She brings over 20 years' experience in Jersey's financial services industry, having worked with some of the Big Four finance companies focusing mainly on property structures for high-net-worth clients worldwide.
Alison is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) and also holds a certificate in Employee Share Ownership Plans (ESOP). While her expertise is in private client services, she also spent time working in employee compensation schemes on retirement plans that provide employees with ownership interests in companies, before returning to her true passion - private clients.
Outside work, Alison loves spending time with her family, walking her dog and getting involved with her son's school PTA organising fundraisers. She also supports fundraising for a local foundation and enjoys exploring Jersey's food scene with her husband and friends.
