Don Wijsmuller is the founder and longest serving Director of Whitmill Trust Company Limited. He is responsible for the strategic development of the Whitmill Group and the progression of new business, as well as servicing important client relationships.
Don has over 42 years extensive experience in dealing with complex structures, including asset holding entities, property development funds, venture capital or private equity companies, family Trusts, Private Trust Companies, charitable Trusts or Foundations.
A keen tennis player, in his spare time Don also enjoys exploring Italy and drinking fine wine and looking after his grandchildren.
Ashley Cox
Managing Director
Ashley has over 34 years’ experience in financial services predominantly as a professional fiduciary / trustee managing and leading businesses in the UK, the Cayman Islands and in Jersey.
In September 2020, Ashley joined Whitmill Trust Company in Jersey as Managing Director providing trust, corporate and fund administration services to global high net worth individuals, companies and funds.
Ashley has considerable experience garnered over many years in senior leadership roles in the fields of wealth planning, investment, banking, wealth structuring, corporate, trust and fund administration travelling across the globe to service his clients’ needs.
Ashley is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He holds the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Financial Planning Certificate and the Chartered Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction.
In his spare time Ashley enjoys reading, music, gardening and, when time permits, golf.
Daniel Channing
Group Head of Private Client Services
Daniel has over 18 years’ experience working with global Ultra High Net Worth families and single-family offices. He has specific expertise supporting families and family offices navigate diverse market and client landscapes and in implementing and managing effective family succession planning solutions.
As Group Head of Private Client Services, Daniel is key to cementing exceptional and long-standing relationships with our families and family office clients and is responsible for ensuring we continue to operate tailored strategies to preserve and enhance clients' global asset portfolios and succession plans.
Daniel's experience includes several senior roles within global private banks, single family offices and fiduciary services businesses both in Jersey and Switzerland. Daniel holds particular expertise in supporting clients from the Middle East and continues to travel to the region frequently.
Daniel holds TEP accreditation with STEP and an advanced certification in Family Business Advising. He is recognised in the 2024 and 2025 Private Client Global Elite Directory.
In his spare time Daniel is an avid skier and a keen cyclist. When not challenging himself physically Daniel enjoys reading and keeping up to date with current affairs.
Sean Le Scelleur
Executive Director
Sean has over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry exclusively based in Jersey acting as a professional trustee and provision of corporate services. Specialising in the management and administration of complex structures.
In October 2023, Sean joined Whitmill Trust Company in Jersey as an executive board member and Head of Private Clients leading a team providing trust and corporate administration services to global high net worth individuals and companies.
Sean has gained considerable experience over the years in the fields of wealth planning, succession planning, wealth structuring and banking, travelling extensively in the UK, Europe and the Middle East to service his clients’ needs.
Sean holds the STEP (Society of Tax and Estate Practitioners) Diploma.
In his spare time, Sean is a keen cyclist and swimmer and can often be seen walking his dog, Barney on the beach or cliff paths around the Island.
Sarah Eyoh
Managing Director
With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Sarah is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing businesses across Gibraltar the UK and Europe. She has held senior roles as Managing Director and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for a Trust and Corporate Service Provider, as well as CEO for a Family Office in Gibraltar.
In January 2025, Sarah joined Whitmill Trust Company (Gibraltar) Limited as Managing Director, where she continues to lead the provision of trust, corporate, and wealth services to global high-net-worth individuals and companies. Her expertise spans a broad range of areas, including family offices, wealth planning, investment, banking, wealth structuring, and trust and company administration. Throughout her career, Sarah has worked internationally, travelling around the world to meet the diverse needs of her clients.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and travelling, with a particular passion for meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures.
Danny Azopardi
Head of Private Clients Gibraltar/Director
Daniel is a Director within Whitmill Gibraltar and is responsible for business development along with taking care of clients and structures.
He has worked in the fiduciary industry for over 30 years in varying roles and with a taste of property development and retail experience thrown in.
Daniel qualified in 2006 in Offshore Finance and Administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and in 2009 he was appointed a Commissioner for Oaths by the Supreme Court of Gibraltar.
Before joining Whitmill in February 2011, Daniel was the company manager and later a Director of a Gibraltar based Trust and Company.
In his spare time Daniel enjoys watersports, reading, current affairs and walking. As a boating fanatic he is well suited to assist on all yachting related matters too.
Charlotte Blampied
Executive Director - Head of Funds
Charlotte joined Whitmill in 2012 and currently is the Head of Funds, with responsibility for the strategic growth and operational delivery of its fund administration services. As Executive Director, she oversees a broad portfolio of private equity, venture capital, real estate, and alternative investment structures, supporting both institutional fund managers and sophisticated investors.
With more than 18 years of experience in Jersey’s funds industry, Charlotte brings deep technical expertise in the establishment and ongoing administration of both regulated and unregulated fund vehicles. She holds directorships across a range of fund and corporate boards and is known for her proactive governance approach, strong regulatory understanding, and commitment to client service excellence.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Criminal Justice Studies from the University of Plymouth. She has furthered her professional qualifications with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration, a Distinction in the Advanced Certificate in Fund Administration, and a Diploma from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in Management and Leadership.
Rob Lucas
Head of Corporate Services
Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, boasting over 24 years of extensive offshore experience in corporate, fund, and private client services across Jersey and the Cayman Islands.
His senior leadership roles in corporate, fund, and trust administration have taken him around the globe to meet his clients’ needs. Rob has also served as a director for numerous entities, managing a diverse range of asset types.
Before joining Whitmill, Rob was the Office Head at a renowned professional fiduciary service provider. He has also held positions as Head of Fund and Corporate Services for a Jersey-based provider and Director of a global fund administrator and custodian, leading their Real Estate and Infrastructure Fund Administration Business.
Rob excels in establishing complex structures and has a wealth of experience in corporate and fund administration operations. He is known for building strong client relationships based on trust.
Lisa Knowles
Associate Director, Finance
Lisa joined Whitmill in July 2019, as Head of Finance. Lisa qualified with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in 2006 before being awarded a Fellowship in 2016, and later gained her qualification in Funds Dip.(Fund Admin).
Lisa has over 30 year’s experience in various accounting roles, commercially but specialising in client accounting within the financial services sector predominantly corporate structures, Employee Benefit Trust’s and Fund Accounting. In May 2023, Lisa in addition to her internal Finance role, also heads up the Client Accounting team in Whitmill, overseeing the Trust & Company and Funds accounting requirements.
In her spare time, Lisa likes running, listening to music, and spending time with her family and her dog, Kim.
Neil Hall
Group Head of Risk & Compliance
Neil has over 25 years’ experience in financial services starting in 1998 in the Investment area in the UK and gaining over 15 years’ experience in Banking, Trust and Funds within Jersey.
Neil started his career in the UK with a leading assurance company providing advice for insurance and investment products.
Neil moved to Jersey in August 2008 to assist a Jersey leading financial advisers company with a premier back office system and in 2013 was invited to become their Compliance Officer. Neil has also held the positions of Money Laundering Reporting Officer within the Banking, Trust, Funds environment and the Money Laundering Compliance Officer in Trust and Funds.
In August 2020 Neil joined Whitmill Trust Company in Jersey as Deputy Compliance Officer, Deputy Money Laundering Compliance Officer and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Neil adopted the position of Head of Risk and Compliance for Whitmill Trust Company in January 2023.
He has gained the ICA Advance Certificate in Compliance and the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
In his spare time Neil enjoys socialising, football, rugby, cricket and spending time with the family.
Danny Sene
Compliance Manager & MLRO
Danny Sene has over 16 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry. Having begun his career in Trust administration, Danny obtained his STEP Diploma in International Trust Management before moving into Compliance.
Danny has previously worked for Line Trust Corporation Limited, Gibro Group, Europa Trust Company Limited, T & T Management Services Limited and RSM Gibraltar, where he gained experience in the fields of Trust administration and Compliance, before joining Whitmill Trust Company (Gibraltar) Limited in April 2023.
In his spare time Danny enjoys watching football, attending rock concerts, travelling, playing poker and attending the gym.
Lucette Guzdar
Company Secretary
Lucette joined Whitmill in February 2024, as Company Secretary.
Lucette has over 20 years’ experience working with leading financial services organisations in Jersey and holds the Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration from The Chartered Governance Institute, International Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance, MBA and completed the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme.
Outside of work, Lucette enjoys spending time with family & friends and enjoys walking the coastline of Jersey.
Katie Embery
Associate Director, Private Clients
Katie joined Whitmill in June 2019 to lead a team within the private clients’ department and to manage a portfolio of some of the larger and more complex client relationships.
Katie has over 13 years’ experience working with a number of leading financial services organisations in Jersey and holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes.
In her spare time, she can be found boxing, running or enjoying Jersey’s local restaurants.
Michael Nolan
Associate Director, Group IT
Michael joined Whitmill in May 2018 and as well as being the Head of Group IT Michael is also our GDPR officer and looks after all premises related matters. Michael holds qualifications in Project Management, ITIL, GDPR and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in Management and Leadership.
Michael is an IT professional with over 35 years of experience within both the public and private sectors which includes a spell with the local financial services regulator.
In his spare time Michael enjoys walking, cooking, music, travelling and has also represented Jersey at three Islands Games, winning two silver medals in shooting.
Jada Heynes
Group Head of HR and Training
With over 15 years of experience in HR and training, Jada brings a wealth of expertise to her role at Whitmill. She plays a pivotal role in delivering and developing the company’s People Strategy, ensuring Whitmill remains an employer of choice by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
Jada’s career spans HR consultancy, where she provided strategic advice across diverse sectors, and learning and development, delivering CMI and CIPD qualifications. She also serves as Course Director for Jersey’s only Employment Law Qualification.
Beginning her career in sales management, Jada developed a strong understanding of performance metrics, goal setting, and talent development—skills that have shaped her success in HR. She is also focused on building a professional training programme to empower our team.
Outside of work, Jada enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Jersey’s beautiful coastal paths, and making the most of the island’s scenery.
Nicky Baird
Fund Manager
Nicky joined Whitmill in 2018 and is part of the Fund and Corporate Administration services team.
In her role as Manager Nicky is responsible for supervising her team in the delivery of professional administration services to a portfolio of funds, corporate and Employee Benefit Trust structures.
Nicky has over 16 years’ experience in financial services and began her career within the share registration sector followed by the fund and corporate industry.
In her spare time Nicky enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Bradley Coutouly
Manager, Private Clients
Bradley joined Whitmill in 2024 and has over 12 years’ experience in financial services.
Bradley has spent the majority of his career in the private client sector, but also has previous experience in the corporate and funds sectors.
In both 2020 and 2022, Bradley was named as one of the ePrivateClient Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35, an annual list recognising young and upcoming stars within the private client advisory profession.
Bradley is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Outside of work, Bradley is an avid traveller who has had the opportunity to road trip across the United States of America, interrail across Europe and partake in a cultural tour through China, where he fell in love with Mandarin Chinese and now studies the language. Bradley has also volunteered for several charities across Jersey, and is actively involved with the annual Jersey Hospice Care Christmas Tree collection.
Irena Parsons
Senior Client Accountant
Irena joined Whitmill in February 2024, as an accountant within the client accounting department.
Irena has had over 26 years’ accounting and auditing experience working with trust and company structures with several leading firms in Jersey.
Irena is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) .
Outside of work Irena likes to keep active with CrossFit, swimming, and hiking. She also enjoys dining out and travelling.
Sandy Martin
Deputy CO & MLCO
Sandy has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services in Jersey starting in 1990, with over 20 years’ compliance experience.
Sandy joined Whitmill in January 2023 as a Compliance Analyst and is now deputy Compliance Officer and deputy Money Laundering Compliance Officer.
She started her career in a bank, working in the banking front and back offices, the finance department and the operational risk department before starting in the compliance team. This developed into the Head of AML Compliance for the Channel Islands for a financial services business that had banking, trust, funds, securities and tax. Since this time, she has had a number of compliance related roles within financial services in Jersey.
She gained a BSc Hons in Law as a mature student whilst working and has the Jersey Compliance Officer Certificate and the Jersey Money Laundering Certificate (these predate the ICA exams).
Sandy enjoys travelling and her place of choice is Italy, in particular Tuscany.
Danielle Seabrook
Senior Compliance Administrator
Danielle joined Whitmill in 2016 as part of the Compliance team.
Danielle has over 18 years experience in the finance industry in Jersey, with a wide variety of roles including banking, investments and Compliance and holds the ICA International Advanced Certificate in Compliance.
In her spare time, Danielle enjoys exploring Island life and travelling abroad with her young family.
Madi Bruma
Senior Trust Officer
Madi joined the team in 2019 and has worked in a variety of roles ranging from Compliance to her current role as a Senior Trust and Company Officer within the private client team.
She holds the STEP (The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) qualification.
Madi is our in house linguist fluent in English & Romanian but also has conversational ability in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Polish and Italian.
Outside of work Madi is kept busy by her studies and her two young children.
Kimberly Yeo
Trust & Corporate Manager
Based in our Gibraltar office Kimberly is responsible for the administration of a varied portfolio of clients and provides support to the Directors in the administration of these relationships.
Since commencing her career in the financial services Industry in 2001 Kimberly has held various roles, including working as a Senior Compliance Administrator prior to joining Whitmill in November 2013.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her children, gardening and watching crime/forensic documentaries.
Jamie McSorley
Bookkeeper
Jamie joined Whitmill in early 2020 and is a bookkeeper within the client accounting department.
Jamie has had over 25 years’ experience working with trust and company structures with a number of leading firms in Jersey.
Jamie is ICSA Dip qualified.
Outside of work Jamie likes to keep active by swimming, running and walking. He also enjoys dining out and travelling.
Yenny Sousa
Fund Accountant
Yenny joined Whitmill at the beginning of 2021 and is a fund accountant within the client accounting department.
Based in Jersey, she brings over six years of experience working with funds, trust, and company structures.
Outside of her professional life, Yenny enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
Anthony Hernandez
Trust & Corporate Administrator
Anthony joined Whitmill in June 2024 and plays a pivotal role in managing the administration of the entire private client portfolio in Gibraltar as well as providing support to the Directors in all client relationship matters.
With a degree in Management Accounting and a professional background in financial services, Anthony brings a well-rounded skill set to his role.
Committed to personal and professional growth, Anthony is well underway to obtaining the diploma in International Trust Management from STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Outside of work, Anthony is an avid footballer and enjoys going on countryside hikes in Spain or unwinding with adventure films.
Aga Kondracka
Fund Administrator
Aga joined Whitmill in 2022 as a trainee administrator within the Funds and Corporate services team and has recently been promoted to Fund Administrator.
Her background in finance includes book-keeping, compliance and new business take on. In her spare time, she likes to the embrace the outdoor lifestyle that Jersey provides as well as travelling the world.
Dylan Campbell
Fund Administrator
Dylan joined Whitmill in 2024 as an administrator within the funds team. He brings with him a solid background in fund services having previously held roles as both a fund accountant and administrator. Dylan is responsible for supporting the delivery of high quality administrative services across a diverse portfolio of client structures. He works closely with his colleagues and clients to ensure accurate and timely execution of administrative and reporting requirements, to meet client and regulatory requirements.
Kirk Hacon
Private Client Administrator
Kirk joined Whitmill in October 2021 as a Trainee Administrator with the Private Clients Team and was promoted to Client Administrator.
Kirk is a student member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is currently studying towards a STEP certificate.
Kirk studied Law at Liverpool John Moore University and Manchester Metropolitan University where he obtained a Certificate of Higher Education.
Outside of work Kirk enjoys going to the gym and playing football.
Vickie Stevens
Fund Administrator
Vickie joined Whitmill in September 2015 working as an Administrator within the Funds Team.
Prior to this Vickie has worked both in the public sector and in an offshore bank.
Vickie holds Certificate in Fund Administration (Distinction) and Jersey Specialist Jurisdiction module and continues her studies.
