Louise brings a decade of experience in the financial services industry to her role at Whitmill, where she joined the Compliance team in November 2025. Her role supports the firm in meeting its regulatory and legal obligations, enhancing the compliance, risk and governance framework, and fostering a culture of compliance to ensure Whitmill operates to the highest standards of governance and integrity.
Prior to joining Whitmill, Louise built her career at a Big-4 accountancy firm, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) before transitioning into Risk and Compliance. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in International Financial Services from the University of Buckingham and the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
Louise is an active member of the Jersey Compliance Officers Association (JCOA) and is a trained Mental Health First Aider. Outside of work, she enjoys playing sports, sampling Jersey’s restaurants, travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.
