Miriam joined Whitmill Trust (Suisse) SA in 2009 and has, as a testament to her energy and drive, been promoted to Director level.
Miriam’s career started in logistics, international transport and shipping. Initially in Israel and then Switzerland. She gained over ten years of experience in this sector before making the switch to finance in 2006 when she commenced employment with another international Trust Company.
She holds a BA in finance and business administration and an MA in social economics. Miriam is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and also IFA (International Fiscal Association).
Miriam has been a member of Giving Women since 2009, she was elected to join the Executive Committee in 2011 and now acts as Treasurer. The Swiss non-profit organisation Giving Women is a network of women involved in philanthropy supporting women in need through identified projects
Miriam is also a member of the executive committee of TRIAL International (Track Impunity Always), an association providing legal services for the victims of the most severe crimes including torture, forced disappearances, genocides, war crimes and rape.
In her spare time Miriam enjoys activities such as rock climbing, paragliding and skiing as well as singing.
