Our aim is to be as adaptable as possible to the wishes and requirements of our clients. We therefore do not publish a fixed schedule of fees except for the minimum levels for the creation and administration of companies and trusts.
The minimum formation fee for a Jersey or British Virgin Island company is GBP950.00, and generally represents the total fee if the documentation required is of a standard nature. Formations in certain other jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands often involve higher local costs and will therefore be quoted on a case by case basis.
The minimum formation fee for standard trust instruments is GBP1250.00. Only where the client requires substantial changes to the standard form is the cost likely to be higher.

In accordance with the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, financial accounts must be prepared annually. A nominal charge of GBP 450.00 is made for the production of accounts, except where the volume of transactions or work dictates that we charge for the production of accounts on a time spent basis.
All fees shown are exclusive of third party expenses and disbursements, such as (for example) the Filing Fee of GBP 150.00 paid annually to the States of Jersey in order to re-register and maintain the Company in good standing, and the GBP 600.00 Exempt Company Status Fee if applicable.
