Our services are designed to help our clients protect and manage their assets, plan for inheritance and the care of their estate, and manage their liability to taxation.

To achieve these aims we advise on and execute the formation and administration of companies and trusts in favourable jurisdictions. We are located in Jersey, Channel Islands. In addition to providing companies and trusts formed under the laws of Jersey, we also provide and manage structures under the laws of different jurisdictions offshore and onshore including Bermuda, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Malta, Cyprus, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, the UK and Ireland.

Our aim is to offer a first class personal service and to provide clients with added value in their activities. Our advice to each client is tailored to his or her individual situation.

Being an independent company, we are free to use the services of any such bank, lawyer, investment manager or other service provider as may be appropriate or dictated by the client\'s requirements. Independence also allows us to be as flexible and adaptable as possible to accommodate our clients\' wishes in a rapidly changing business environment.

We speak several European languages, enabling us to pursue our clients\' interests directly in a wide range of jurisdictions.

Companies

Companies may be used for a variety of purposes, ranging from simple yacht or property holding to more complex investment holding or joint venture partnership structures. Our work also includes active management of commercial structures, such as royalty earning companies, licensing structures, yacht chartering, trading, property management companies and companies for the exploitation of intellectual property. Trusts

Trusts are generally used for slightly different purposes. Typically they serve to assist in the holding and preservation of private wealth for present and future generations. They may also be used by institutions for a range of commercial purposes including in structures established for the securitisation of debt, and in holding structures designed to prevent unwarranted take-overs.
