
EXPERIENCED FUND ADMINISTRATOR
Minimum of 5 years experience in a funds based environment with a proven working knowledge of Property funds and be familiar with all relevant legislation to carry out all aspects of the administration of a wide range of funds and other structures related to investment in property.
The successful candidate will be required to communicate effectively with clients, investors and other associated parties. The candidate must have good organisational and prioritisation skills.
The job description will cover but not be limited to the following tasks:
• Attendance at client meetings
• Produce minutes of client entity meetings
• Assemble documentation for approval and ensure records are maintained in line with corporate policy guidelines
• Follow payments and receipt of funds procedures
• Follow the predetermined call or distribution process effectively
• Liaise with client and investors regarding receipt / payment of monies
• Liaise with financial institutions receiving or making payment of funds
• Liaise with senior staff on complex transactions and accounting matters
• Understand and follow the cash management procedure of the relevant entity
• Arrange settlement of duly approved expenses
• Maintain register of investors, where applicable
• Understand and adhere to Anti-Money Laundering regulations
