Our attitude to trading companies is discerning and a decision as to whether or not we provide partial or complete management services depends, amongst other things, upon the nature of the proposed activities.
The profits of offshore companies are normally tax free locally. Instead a flat rate annual statutory fee due to the local authorities applies in addition to other nominal disbursements due to government.
